I hope all is going well with the plans for your new house.  Because I think so highly of our builder Andy Schrader and the projects that he has done, I wanted to pass along his contact information to you.

We found him to be very receptive to what we wanted.  He did a fixed price contract for us with about 10% wiggle room for overages.  Candidly, I would say that we were probably some of his more demanding/detail-oriented clients and he dramatically exceeded our expectations.  For example, we had 26 change orders and he handled those flawlessly and charged fair prices.  During the bidding process for our whole-house remodel, he gave us a detailed punch-list of all of the materials that would be used.  The other builders that we spoke with only gave us a bottom-line estimates.  I appreciated this level of detail that he consistently showed throughout our project.
