Year in Review: Highlights from 2019
The holidays are quickly approaching, and we're reminded that a brand-new year—and decade—are right around the corner. 2019 Remodelers Showcase
Schrader & Co helped breathe new life into this 1950s home with a main level remodel. This stunning transformation involved updating the 2000s style kitchen and creating a luxurious master suite. We converted the main level's second bedroom into two spacious walk-in closets and a spa-like ensuite featuring a custom tile shower with two showerheads and a built-in bench. The new kitchen design features an oversized walk-in pantry, brand-new island, fresh paint, and new tile backsplash. Get the rest of the details on our blog.

2019 Artisan Home
Located on the shores of Lafayette Bay in Wayzata, Minnesota, this charming home was originally built in the 1940s and featured French Colonial and Colonial Georgian architecture. In an effort to take advantage of the impressive lake views, Schrader & Co reconfigured the layout of this home while keeping the original charm intact. Refinished original oak floors and subtle modern touches complement the original architecture of the home perfectly. Busy Summer of Projects
With so many fun client projects to keep us busy, summer seemed to breeze right on by! From a three-story addition in Eden Prairie to a whole house remodel in Edina and all the projects in between, we had a great time bringing our clients' visions to life!
